CACI is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to join our team!

What You’ll get to Do:

Work on CACI’s growing Space Development Team as a Deputy Program Manager focusing on ground/payload system hardware and support.

More About the Role:

CACI’s Space Group is looking for a Deputy Program manager to join the Space Systems Development Team. Are you interested in working on a fast paced program managing schedules, tracking customer deliverables and managing hardware/software development? As Deputy Program Manager with CACI, you will have the opportunity to foster a pattern of continuous improvement within our organization. Our Deputy Program Managers participate in the full lifecycle of program execution and internal reporting, focused on the delivery of space hardware solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the program management team, you will have the opportunity to support a variety of focus areas, such as:

Assist in maintaining and developing the environment for the overall Master Program/Project Schedule and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program ScheduleAssist in defining and implementing configuration managementTrack and generate data required to meet items on the Subcontract Data Requirements List (SDRL)Support customer meetings and generate presentationsAssist with internal reporting requirements related to program financials and performanceAssist with the purchasing and tracking of hardware components

In this role will facilitate cross team communications, establishing and promoting best practices to multiple teams. Remote work is supported, to the extent allowed by your active project.

Required Skills:

Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree from accredited university3+ years of experience working in fast paced environments while collaborating with multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with software development with demonstrated experience, training or certificationStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work well on a teamEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Desired Skills:

Experience with project management, program management or supervisory experience managing peopleFamiliarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologiesExperience with space hardware development

Desired Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
