**Responsibilities**
+ Assist and support the Program Manager in the day-to-day oversight and management of a 100 person multi-functional team’s activities, schedules, and costs.
+ Assist in coordinating all activities needed to include the timeliness, completeness and quality of problem identification, corrective action plans, timely identification of issues, effective/responsive management of subcontractors, customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior of contractor personnel.
+ Provide demonstrated effective team management skills, and proficient levels of professional experience.
+ Assist in monitoring contracted staff work progress, and build a trusting relationship with the government point of contacts.
+ Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.
+ Provide timely and reliable reporting across all programs.
+ Serve as the acting Program Manager during PM absences.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
+ Minimum of 10 years experience managing programs.
+ Possess a Top Secret/SCI government clearance.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.
