Thisprogram provides comprehensive services for Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs), supporting aroundroughly 12,000 users. The program covers the acquisition, delivery, configuration, integration, and upgrade of IT products, along with installation and on-site maintenance, including help desk services.Additionalsupport includes hardware delivery, moves, upgrades in state offices, and technicalassistancefor systems, ensuring efficient, secure, and up-to-date IT infrastructure. TheDeputy Program Managerwillassistthe Program Manager in overseeing and executingtheprogram, ensuring it meets its goals, timelines, and budget.Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing project teams,facilitatingcommunication among stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise.Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure the program's success. Act as a bridge between the Program Manager and the team, help implement strategies, track progress, andmaintaindocumentation, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
