Deputy Program Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is seeking a solution focused Deputy Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment located in Northern VA. The Deputy supports the PM in management of resources, cost, schedule, risk, and mitigations. The Deputy may also serve as the primary client liaison in lieu of the PM. **Responsibilities:** • Perform Program Management tasks (schedule, cost, prepare slides, review/verify contract deliverables, track program action items) for assigned task orders and delivery orders • Develop and support the development of assembly processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations • Conduct meetings with manufacturing staff to discuss production schedules and issues that may arise during production • Define, monitor, and control project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the PM • Communicate with engineering staff to determine possible design changes to improve efficiency or manufacturability • Implement and control program records management processes in compliance with corporate guidance • Develop and implement program procedures and quality standards to comply with health and safety regulations • Coordinate with Global Trade and Compliance Office to ensure compliance with export requirements • Support supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and quality assurance processes • Assist with budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program • Support contract growth through exceptional performance, relationships, customer intimacy and RFI/Q/P responses • Prepare reports and brief external and internal executives on the status of the program • Manage hiring, onboarding, and training to fill vacancies quickly to ensure program staff meet labor category requirements • Proactively identify corrective actions to resolve risks before they become issues • Provide a motivating work environment, identifying and resolving personnel conflicts quickly and professionally • Mentor the program team and guide employee development **Qualifications:** _Required:_ • Minimum of five years of Program Management experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing pr providing mission capability to the Government • Be eligible to obtain Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university • Proven history of successful, progressive managerial responsibilities• Experience collaborating with and briefing C-Suite executives, SES, and flag-level officers • Experience managing a team of diverse skill sets and experience levels • Experience performing manpower utilization, procurement of materials and equipment, standards, training, problem resolution, and employee relations (including subcontractors, cost, budget, and managing to milestones) • Direct experience ensuring FAR, DFAR, DoDI, DoDM and ITAR compliance • Direct experience with the federal acquisition process, interacting directly with the Government customer, proposal preparation/processes, bid negotiations and contract administration • Direct experience in managing and coordinating various internal departments to accomplish programmatic success • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures • Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word; and MRP software • Experience in building resource-loaded schedules and managing tasks to ensure work is completed on time • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills • PMP or other recognized PM certification _Desired:_ • Direct experience supporting production, assembly, and/or manufacturing program(s) • Direct experience providing executive-level support with the USSF or DoD • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI • Field Service Representative experience - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
