CACI is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager who can lead and provide supervisory oversight for a program of matrixed teams with technical professionals and functional subject matter experts who support the Government customer that provide comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services.

Provides support for planning, organizing, and oversight to ensure successful completion of program goals and objectives. Engages with internal and external stakeholders at various levels including government leadership, project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and internal support personnel. Engages with Project Managers/Task Leads to Ensure program and task order deliverables are high quality, synchronized across the program and within scope, time, and budget constraints. Provides recommendations that influence how organizational resources are allocated. Assists the Program Manager with ensuring the performance of the program in delivering on the targets set and within budget by managing costs and revenue. 

More About the Role

Assist the Program Manager with managing a diverse and substantial program with a geographically dispersed workforce to achieve program objectives, including the following:

Support development, implementation, and administration of services to support all tasks functions for all services and operations management functions.Lead teams of professionals in meeting customer expectations, relationship management, and integrate functional and operational resources to support the team.Lead and oversee process and performance control and reporting, internal and customer facing financial and contractual management, program risk and issue reporting.Assist with Implementation and direct program management in all aspects of content conversion, production and delivery, quality control, program reviews, resource planning, and prioritizing tasking.Enable development of integrated team competence and collaboration for excellent team engagement and customer communications.Assess compliance with baselines associated with cost, schedule, Scope, and performance measurement.Assist with Sub-contractor agreement development and review, teaming negotiations, technical evaluation, performance tracking, oversee procurement requests, and invoice approval.Serve as primary customer point of contact in absence of Program Manager for all related program activities, cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Responsible for operational execution of the Program by Task Orders and ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and to the highest quality standards.

Provide high quality technology recommendations and solutions that address business needs.Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.Manage the delivery of all deliverables and CDRL requirementsPerform role of the Program Manager when the PM is out of the office and as requiredAct as initial POC with government COR and government program technical monitorPerform duties as the Program Management Office (PMO) Lead, supervising PMO activities including Technical Writing, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) production, Personnel Records Management, overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, prepare program reports, and establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control standards

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

US Citizen with an active Top-Secret /SCI ClearanceEducation – bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionExperience – 9 (+) years of professional management or supervisory experienceArmy-specific experience and flexibility to perform at the General Officer levels of the ArmyCertified Project/Program Management Professional (PMP)Systems Engineering ExperienceDoD and/or U.S. Army ExperienceDoDAF FamiliarityDoD IT Architecture Experience

Executive level presence and executive level (GO/FO/SES) engagement experienceProven ability to successfully lead a diverse and dispersed program team, including sub-contracted partners, while delivering strong program performanceOperational experience in the areas of strategic planning and communications, requirements development and analysis, system integration, and program managementExcellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with team members, customers, and business partners.Understanding of Army operational tempo

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
