What You Will Do:
Lead and mentor teams while influencing and presenting to all levels of management. Recruiting, train, mentor, and coach a diverse team.
Directly manage the Commercial Serviceable Assets (CSA) Aftermarket inspection and Quality Engineer teams, while assisting the Associate Director for Quality in supporting all aspects of the business
Develop, implement and improve Standard Work for CSA Aftermarket Quality by establishing and driving KPI's (Key Process Indicators) for the Quality organization
Support Engines/Part acquisition activity for various models as well as supply chain quality with parts repair centers
Coordinate and manage communications between internal and external customers/suppliers using demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
Drive on time performance and ideal WIP management through inspection
Drive process improvement initiatives through CORE to eliminate waste and streamline operations
Work cohesively with all CSA departments, Sales, Operations, Acquisitions, and Finance
Thrive in a fast paced environment where priorities are constantly changing and ambiguity is common.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in and 10 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, Business related field or technical field or an Advanced Degree and 8 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, Business related field or technical field.
Knowledge of SAP, engine parts, and supervisory experience

Qualifications We Prefer:
Proficiency in Excel
Experience delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
Demonstrated strategic leadership and capabilities in implementing innovative system level solutions.
Experience leading strategic change initiatives to improve cross functional processes to achieve business goals.
Knowledgeable and competent in quality management systems, FAA regulations, and AS9120/ASA100 certifications in an Aftermarket environment

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
