Responsibilities: + Establish and lead a new dermatology practice within St. Mary’s Healthcare. + Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. + Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other minor surgical interventions. + Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. + Provide patient education and counseling, ensuring patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options. + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols. + Stay current with emerging treatments and advancements in dermatology. + Engage in community outreach and education programs to promote skin health. Qualifications: Required Credentials - Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York Preferred Experience - Experience in establishing a new practice or program development is advantageous but not required.
