Description We are looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Key Responsibilities: + Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. + Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems and software applications. + Assist in setting up and deploying new hardware and software for employees. + Respond to and resolve tickets in a timely manner using the IT ticketing system. + Provide remote support to users via remote desktop tools. + Maintain and update documentation on support issues, procedures, and resolutions. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a desktop support role. Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Mac OS, and mobile device management. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS). Proficient with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud-based collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Experience with remote desktop support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
