SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in our Chicago market! As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners.
The next 10-week paid training class will begin on December 2nd. The first four weeks will be based in our Des Plaines, IL office.
We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.
Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
Strong written & verbal communicate skills
Availability to work some weekend and evening appointments
Ability to sit frequently, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs
Ability to occasionally reach from floor to/at above shoulder level
Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid state motor vehicle operator's license
SALARY INFORMATION
Paid training, $25 per hour, is provided during the 10-week training period. Compensation is 100% commission-based (without a base salary, hourly wage, or draw) once the 10-week training period has concluded. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
