Summary: Seeking a Design Engineer with expertise in Solidworks to develop, revise, and oversee the creation of new products.

Job Requirements:

8+ years of experience with Solidworks

BS Degree or AA Degree with significant experience

Expertise in tooling and fixtures using Solidworks

Strong engineering skills including calculations, specifying welds, GD&T, and materials

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Preferred Skills:

Experience transitioning from metal to plastic or plastic to composites

Job Responsibilities:

Revise existing models for new product launches

Design new parts using Solidworks

Provide design oversight and mentorship to less experienced designers

Review tool concepts and suggest improvements

Ensure final designs meet client standards and preferences

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
