Boswell Engineering is hiring a Design Engineer for our Site/Civil Department. We are seeking dynamic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated candidates for immediate employment. The Site/Civil Division is responsible for all aspects of the site development process to bring a development project from concept to construction. The position can be based at either our South Hackensack, NJ or Chester, NJ office. Responsibilities: + Keep abreast of the changing State and Federal regulations + Design-related work associated with the development of site plans + Desire to be exposed to a wide variety of engineering challenges + Strong attention to detail + Strong verbal and written skills + Ability to work independently + Manage time efficiently + Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures + Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Graduate from an accredited college/university or similar educational background + 5 years experience + AutoCAD experience required + Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred We recognize that the best way to provide services of the highest quality is by investing in our employees.
