1.Undertake prebid evaluation for all tenders in water segment.                                                                           2.Coordinate with internal estimation team and /or external agencies and ensure high level accuracy in understanding the scope and quantifying the same.                                          
3.Identify the technical risks in the Bid and possible mitigation measures to enable management to take final call on the Bid                                                                                
4. Lead the team for engineering deliverables during project implementation and ensure timely completion   of engineering ensuring optimum design.                                                 
5. Take value engineering initiatives and implement the same through project teams. 
6.Coordinate with client for engineering deliverables and ensure good customer satisfaction.                                   7.Ensure right specifications delivered to techno commercial teams for timely supply of materials or during award of contracts.
8. Take up site visits as per requirement and advise project team for any specific technical issues on need basis.  

Educational Qualification: B.E./B Tech or M.E/ M Tech in Civil Engineering 

Experiences:  More than 20 years of experience in water, wastewater & irrigation projects
