Seeking an experienced Design Engineering Manager for building and leading a group of high caliber design engineers architecting and developing complex analog mixed signal, high precision analog ICs for Power, Isolation and Infrastructure applications. This person will work in a design group at the forefront of “Powering” the A.I., EV and Energy revolution, working to develop technologies that will revolutionize various end markets by enabling new levels of power efficiency.

Responsibilities Build and lead a team of designers in the high precision analog/power IC design group. Develop new product ideas, architects and develops analog/power ICs that meet market requirements. Acts as a technical chip lead, manage chip and block schedule as needed to ensure on time tape out. Works on resourcing and planning projects to make sure high-quality designs are delivered on time. Communicates with cross functional/inter disciplinary team as needed to make sure the team is aware of the assumptions and progress made by the design team. Set the technical standard for architecture, design, layout and verification of  circuits, systems, algorithms, etc. to meet product requirements. Responsible for interviewing and hiring full-time engineers and interns for the group. Manage and mentor design engineers in the group.
