Design Engineering Specialist
Join our team and bring engineering and architectural principles to life by designing cutting-edge solutions for Commercial Building & Infrastructure (CBI) projects. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop innovative 2D and 3D designs for a variety of CBI products. + Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure design and engineering excellence. + Create detailed drawings, specifications, and material estimates to support project execution. + Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality technical drawings and models. + Play a key role in driving efficiency, functionality, and aesthetics in commercial infrastructure solutions. + Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations. + Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and regulations. + Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline is preferred + Building Envelope Design Engineering Experience + Use of 2D and 3D drafting and CAD programs. Understands drawing requirements + Generation of 2D and 3D model. Has created 3D models for use for analysis and/or drawing generation. + Use of Autodesk Suite (AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor + Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc. + Demonstrate excellent written, oral, and listening skills. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $70,000-$105,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $76,300 to $117,700. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
