Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Design & Innovation Manager in Bangalore, India. This persons key responsibility will be overseeing the design team of 15 design engineers. As a manager of the design & innovation teams they will be ensuring structural drawings and designs, cost estimates & BOM are produced on time and in high quality. This manager will complete engineering work for critical parts and customers. The role will involve the integration of designs into ERP and of a software tool to manage the design pipeline. They will be responsible for customer interaction and will be traveling to customers with the design and sales teams. They will ensure customer satisfaction by designing and delivering innovative packaging solutions that meet functional requirements and ensures alignment with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals, optimize logistics, and enhance brand visibility. Travel is required between 9 different locations within India. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
