Key job responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations: Direct manager of a team of designers, support on resource planning, staffing, quality control.
• Oversee the hiring & training: manage new team members onboarding and support overall team development.
• Define, recognise and develop talent and create an inspiring creative work environment and culture.
• Introduce, develop, and ensure best design practices, processes and communicate quality expectations organisationally.
• Operational efficiency: Ensure productivity is maximised through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a regular basis.



About the team
The Global Scaled Services (GSS) is an operationally-driven team of designers, producers, QA specialists and operations managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets for Prime Video. GSS is seeking a Design Manager to lead a group of Visual Designers who create digital assets while collaborating with internal global stakeholders and external agents to provide operational support while delivering high quality assets.
