This position will be based out of our Houston headquarters near the intersection of I-10 Katy Freeway and 610 W. Loop North Freeway.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing floor plans for our sales officesDevelop interactive floor plans for our websiteRevise marketing floor plans as marked and thoroughly coordinate through all systems that are affected by any changesEnsure established deadlines are metFacilitate problem-solving with fellow Team Members, City Coordinators, and Website DevelopersAssist in selecting finishes, furniture, and accessories for interior renderingsAssist in checking interior renderings
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior DesignKnowledge of residential plans and construction drawingsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator is requiredProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferredProficiency in 3ds Max preferredMicrosoft Office proficientWork well under time constraintsSolid written and verbal communication skillsAn ideal candidate will also possess the following soft skills: Team player, excellent time and project management, high level of organization, problem-solving abilities, works with a sense of urgency, detail-oriented, maintain project flexibility, and the ability to adapt to change
