Job Description Summary:

At the intersection of creativity, technology, and customer-centricity, we seek a visionary Design Principal to lead our experience strategy across design systems, common platforms, customer service, personalization and AI initiatives. This pivotal role will drive strategic design that bridges business objectives with exceptional, (sometimes AI-enabled) customer experiences across our entire ecosystem. Reporting to the VP, Foundations, you will drive innovation across our design systems, product experience, and customer engagement.

Partner to architect a cohesive, AI-powered design system that elevates our digital experiences across commercial and consumer platforms.Develop and execute a comprehensive design roadmap that prioritizes customer needs and business objectives, and translates business goals into experience strategy.Lead cross-functional teams in creating transformative solutions that reduce friction, increase engagement, and drive retention.Develop Customer Journey Maps that identify opportunities, gaps, and accountability across people, processes, and the tech stack.Design innovative user flows that anticipate customer needs and create competitive differentiationWork with other design leads to establish governance frameworks and accessibility standards for our design and product ecosystem.Create frameworks that can be scaled across multiple business units and global markets
