Design Program Coordinator
We are looking for a Design Program Coordinator (DPC) to support design operations, working with Designer Program Managers (DPM) and design partners to build quality products and experiences. The ideal candidate is well organized, detail-oriented, passionate about processes, and can coordinate and communicate between various teams. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): + Track status and progress on efforts across multiple horizontal and vertical product teams, identify blockers and dependencies + Partner with team leadership on establishing effective team communication, information distribution, and cross-team collaboration + Maintain team onboarding documentation and distribution to new team members + Facilitate team meetings & reviews, capture notes and clearly communicate action items and follow ups to drive teams forward in the product development process + Support processes or programs to improve Design team efficiency and impact (examples may include: quality assurance programs, approval processes, etc.) + Support and execute special team projects that build culture and drive clarity of purpose for in-office and remote team + Manage calendar invites, schedules, room bookings, and agendas for design meetings and workshops + Help coordinate design initiatives like virtual offsites, onboarding programs, and community forums by supporting overall planning, logistics management, asset development, and more Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Demonstrated strong project management experience (5+ years), in a tech/product or creative agency environment + Worked in software/tech industry, partnering directly with Product Designers/UX/Research teams (2-3+ years) + Experience creating processes or programs that improve team efficiency and impact + Must be extremely organized and detail oriented, proactive and resourceful + Strong communication & relationship-building skills with peers and stakeholders + Comfortable & enjoys working in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments + Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, MS Excel, Project Management tools and software Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
