By supporting the various aspects of the product teams, you will enable teams to focus their time on designing, building and shipping products. Identify and drive company-level product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, difficult or competing deadlines, multiple dependencies and many moving parts 2. Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically for self and others 3. Identify, define and manage multi-team strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and impact, often contributing best practices to the discipline 4. Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress 5. Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams 6. Sought out as the operations expert to the product team and trusted leader across the company, mentoring and sharing expertise with others 7. Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback 8. Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively 9. Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption 10. Scale programs and initiatives when necessary and delegate effectively with clear expectations 11. Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 12. Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management 13. Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large scale 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution 14. Experience working with product teams or programs from roadmapping through delivery 15. Experience working directly with product designers and content designers 16. Track record of operating independently and without oversight 17. Experience leading product or business strategy in a fast-paced environment 18. Experience managing vendors and contractors 19.
