Description:

Lead development of executable designs for renovation, replacement, and new installationsManage design budgets for construction projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 - $1,000,000Establish creative strategy, budgets, and schedules for projectsImplement building standards for design deliveryReview quality and accuracy of design projects Serve as the primary point of contact for designCollaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, internal business partners, IT, and vendorsProvide reporting on the implementation of projects while in progress upon completionTravel for site visits

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have experience in MEP Engineering or Mechanical ContractingMust have experience with building engineering- automation and manufacturing backgrounds are not applicableMust have Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, MEP Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction ManagementMust be US accredited degree5-7 years of experience in project managementThis does not include internship experienceRevit and AutoCAD proficiency, Procore proficiency is a plusExperience managing projects from start to finishExperience with municipal, public sector, industrial projectsLicensure is a plusMust be local- in office/hybrid role
