The Design Specialist will be a part of the Production Marketing Hub, supporting brokers with marketing & design efforts.

Responsibilities:

Create print and digital marketing deliverables to support sales teamDevelops materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions Implements and maintains a high standard of design, format and production, adhering to national design standards Develops unique, creative approaches to each project so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme Proactive member of the team to support marketing and business development activitiesCoordinates with various centers of excellence throughout the organizationServe as primary design resource for the sales team Provide solutions to routine/complex problems Generate ad-hoc content in support of design creation, including tag lines & brief project descriptions among other requirements 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or the Creative Arts preferred3-5 years of relevant experienceExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) & Office 365 SuiteWindows PC – Firm is currently PC-basedSelf-starter and possess a strong ability to lead the design process and multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Project Management & Organizational skillsAbility to effectively execute assignments, meeting stringent deadlines Detail-oriented with pride in the quality of personal and team work Experience in Real Estate Industry (Preferred)
