Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Design Studio Administrative Assistant to welcome and assist home buyers at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Orlando, Florida. 

 

In this role, you will use superb customer service skills to provide information to home buyers, prospects, construction, sales, and purchasing. 

Responsibilities:

Assist Design Studio Manager in maintaining various reportsMaintaining design studio appearance, ensuring all samples are in good condition, labeled, and availableAssist Design Studio Manager and designers with various projectsInput buyer selectionsMaintain and process buyer filesAssist with Orientation Night and other eventsAssist with scheduling, processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies, taking buyers on a community-specific tours, and answering phones as necessary

Qualifications

This position requires working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and DocuSign. Ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must. Design and homebuilding knowledge is a plus. Weekend availability is required.
