Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Design Studio Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Design Studio Digital Merchandising Specialist provides on-going content management, quality control and analysis of digital assortment to optimize various customer-facing digital tools. This position is responsible for creating rules for a consistent content structure, including images and naming conventions, to bridge EnterpriseOne (E1) and assortment management tool data. This role also coordinates and aligns divisional data for Design Studio digital tools to maintain accuracy and consistency. This position works closely with other departments including National Purchasing, Customer Experience and Marketing Operations.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Establish naming conventions and data structure rules and align with translation from E1 so that all options are named and classified consistently across Design Studio digital tools.Conduct on-going quality assurance to ensure data structures, formats and any associated rules are maintained within defined standardsDevelop detailed reviews, analysis and reporting of category, option/ product and manufacturer data in visualizer, customer portal, selection tool and other digital tools as neededWork with National Purchasing to obtain high resolution images, videos and product descriptions from ManufacturersPartner with Design Studio Director of Product to manage product performance, understanding sales trends and data insights, identifying areas of opportunities and areas of strengthsExecute assortment strategy and support changes and alignment reflected in digital toolsThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
