Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Design Studio Manager to manage our Design Studio in White Plains, New York. 

 

In this role, you will manage all aspects of operations, including product and option development, negotiation and pricing, contract documentation and administration, and integration into existing operations. You will work closely with Design Studio staff members, Operations leaders to effect the efficient administration of the color selection and option process, while building customer relations.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to oversee design studio operations and builder-option programs for one of the nation's most respected FORTUNE 500 companies!

 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a background which demonstrates an understanding of all operational dynamics of the home building process, with an emphasis on project or purchasing management. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. A college degree is preferred.

The salary for this position is $75,000-$131,000 plus an annual bonus program and a monthly mobile device allowance.
