As a Design Technician, you will be at the heart of our projects, transforming ideas into detailed drawings. Your work will create the foundation for our division and clients, ensuring every project is built on precision and quality. You will coordinate with teams, manage timelines, and keep everything on track, making a real impact every day. In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as, Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. All employees can engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and following employee ideas to drive success for the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

An Associate's Degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Drafting/Design, or related field or 1-4 years of experience with GIS and Fiber Optics/Telecommunications. Experience in Telecommunications/Broadband is a plus.
