In user experience design at PwC, you will focus on the process of creating and enhancing the overall experience that users have when interacting with a product, system, or service.

Job DescriptionExperience designing for enterprise business applications.Experience working with distributed product and development teams.Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision and the like is a must.Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design.A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholdersA clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.Ability to work effectively in a team including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders.Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.Be passionate about UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to guide the strategic integration of AI-driven features into user interfaces to enhance functionality and user engagement.Experience in creating and prototyping AI-enhanced design solutions and possess capability to harness AI to automate repetitive design tasks and optimize workflow efficiency.Ability to assess and implement suitable AI technologies and tools that align with project goals.Skills in translating complex AI methodologies into user-friendly design elements and interfaces.Advanced strategic thinking to identify potential AI integration opportunities that align with both user needs and business objectives.

Minimum years’ experience required 3-4 of experience , User research / Deep understanding into user needs / Behaviours and pain points / Analysis user research data / Good Comm / Presentation Skill , Framework – Figma/ Adobe Suit / Sketch / Design Thinking, Human-Centric Design, service design principles. Please add this to Experience (Good to have): Video Editing Skills, Proficient in Tools like Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, Audition and Premiere pro.

Required Qualification:

BE / master’s in design / B – Design / B.Tech / HCI – Certification (Preferred)
