Overall Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create innovative and engaging designs for Tractor Supply Company across multiple platforms, including print and digital media. This role will prioritize social-first design, ensuring our visual content resonates across all social channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive and passionate designer who constantly seeks to enhance their skills and elevate their work, driving creativity and excellence in every project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Design and produce a variety of creative that follows the brief assigned and collaborates with copywriters to ensure the creative is driving and inspiring action to be taken by the viewer. Designer will manage all work through dedicated project management systems.  Partner with Creative team to assist with a variety of digital and print customer facing and internal corporate projects.  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content creators, to understand project requirements and deliver on deadlines. Partners with internal video creators and studio photographer to bring concept ideas to life. Research industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve design strategies for TSC brand.Analyze performance of design initiatives to make data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are being met Analyze the performance of design initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
  Required Qualifications

Experience: 3 years related experience (agency/freelance), including experience with Apple, PC, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other creative design platforms.

Education: Bachelors degree from and accredited college or university.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other platforms like Canva Ability designing within Microsoft Powerpoint for templates and presentations Normal office conditions. Role is in-office minimum 3 days a week.
