Job Summary

This role works independently on assigned projects. This role will design concepts and complete assignments according to strategic/creative input and previous designs. The position will report to the content delivery lead and work with members of the marketing department, sales, sales support and other departments to ensure continuity for each individual brand across the global estate within North America. The colleague will also work with vendors to execute design requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Manage the timely and cost-efficient production of all marketing-related collateral, sales tools, including but not limited to brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, video, animation, retention and acquisition pieces, flyers, newsletters, signage, banners, interactive design, presentations, email campaigns, landing pages and other related projects.

Design original corporate communication pieces, including illustrations and infographics.

Manage all the printing projects to ensure quality and perfect final product outcomes.

Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products and services.

Enhance marketing appeal and aesthetic of all digital properties.

Liaise with both Marketing Managers and Marketing Directors for projects, company and brand direction, and to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Manage project design work from inception to completion.

Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM); create new files and update current files, set up webinars for training and updates for DAM.

Stay current with the latest industry developments, advancements and tools.

Oversee the following activities as it relates to project work: sales collateral, inventory management, file prep, vendor communication and relationships, document quotes, new product creation.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related area, BA or BS; Master’s degree a plus.

Previous Internship or 1+ years of Graphic Design experience

Vendor management experience is required.

Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.

Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.

Additionally, strong computer skills whereby the candidate is fluent in cloud base Marketing Software

Experience with the Google Platform is a plus.

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of corporate marketing and influencing key financial performance indicators including content strategies, marketing and digital content.

Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a graphics, design or marketing related subject
