Job DetailsAs a Designer, you are an original thinker and a craftsperson who understands the importance of brand consistency. While no day is ever the same, Designers are expected to work closely with fellow Designers, as well as our team of Art Directors, Writers, and UXers. You will take creative concepts and translate them into beautiful and engaging designs. We’re looking for Designers who are creative, curious, with great attention to detail. Strong color, typography, and illustrative skills are a huge win. You’re also a problem solver and collaborator who is passionate about great design.
Note: This is a 6 month contract positionKey Accountabilities:Identify user needs and interpret client challenges to develop innovative design conceptsDefine visual language and create cohesive brand experiences across multiple healthcare categoriesWork closely with the team to ensure brand consistency and adherence to design principlesApply strong typography, color theory, and illustrative skills to create visually impactful designsSolve design problems creatively, finding unique solutions that meet project objectivesCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and design critiquesStay updated on industry trends and emerging design techniques, continuously improving your design skillsManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designsSkills & Knowledge:Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and FigmaStrong portfolio showcasing exceptional craft, design flair, and attention to detailProficiency in typography, color theory, and illustration, with a keen eye for design aestheticsSolid understanding of design principles, brand consistency, and visual storytellingCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering great design solutionsStrong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with a diverse teamCuriosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve your design skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesPrototyping, motion, and technical design skills are a plusExperience:3+ years of related experience in an agency setting is preferredPlease submit a portfolio or link to your personal website with with your application
