Job Title: CAD Designer/Drafter
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer/Drafter to join our team in Addision, IL. This role involves using AutoCAD software to develop and revise production drawings for a variety of HVAC and rooftop products. You will ensure the accuracy of dimensions, materials, and the overall structure of the designs. Your responsibilities include drafting detailed multi-view drawings, updating drafting and engineering standards, and maintaining an organized file system for production drawings. You will also communicate with tooling, QA, engineering, and manufacturing teams regarding new and revised prints.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Addison, Illinois.

Work Environment

Our corporate location in Addision, IL, consists of three back-to-back buildings that house both office and production space. The facility includes a sheet metal manufacturing area where custom-built HVAC and rooftop products are fabricated and then shipped out to retail customers or general contractors. This is a fast-paced role on both the design and production side, as multiple drawings/products are produced daily. The individual will report directly to the CAD Manager and work within a team of 18 other Designers/Drafters.
