About This Role
We are seeking a proactive, agile, and culturally aware Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires someone who can align with our business objectives and contribute creatively and proactively to our projects.

Your Mission
Utilize your keen eye for detail and innovative approach to contribute to various projects. Your core responsibilities will include conceptualizing and creating engaging visuals, logos, and typography, all grounded in solid design principles. Embrace the latest in design technology, experiment with new methodologies—particularly in the realm of generative AI—and create designs that resonate on a global scale.

If you possess additional skills in illustration, animation, or editing, you will find opportunities to apply them here. You will need to be effective in time management, have the ability to manage your own projects diligently, and be collaborative within the team.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Creation and Innovation

Conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and campaign objectives.

Explore new design approaches within our brand's style guidelines, integrating compelling illustrations and iterating based on feedback to maximize audience engagement.

Display a strong sense of layout, color, composition, and typography.

Logos, Toolkits Creation, and Typography

Create impactful logos and toolkits that capture the essence of marketing campaigns and resonate with the target audience.

Stay informed about typography trends, experimenting with diverse font styles to enhance design aesthetics and communication efficacy.

Proactive Work Style and Project Management

Manage your own projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of quality design work.

Demonstrate diligence and attention to detail in project execution.

Take initiative in projects, contributing with creativity and a proactive attitude.

Continuous Skill Enhancement

Actively seek learning opportunities to enhance personal and team capabilities, and share insights with team members to foster a culture of knowledge and growth.

Regularly research and integrate new trends in graphic design and technology that could impact or benefit our brand strategy.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate effectively within the design and marketing team through excellent communication skills.

Foster cohesion and synergy in all design projects by being a team player.

Ensure smooth interaction and coordination within the team to achieve project goals.

What You’ll Need

A qualification in graphic, brand, or digital design.

Up to 2 years of experience as a designer within a creative team, marketing, or creative agency setting; internship experience is welcome.

A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in visual creation, identity design, and typography exploration.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with After Effects and Premiere is a plus.

Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Enthusiasm to learn and excel in a collaborative work environment.

A proactive mindset with the ability to initiate and develop creative ideas independently.
