Job Description

At PSI, Designer is responsible for creation and maintenance of specialized graphic materials that are used in the development of clinical trials documents. You will collaborate with global teams and provide guidance on design peculiarities for PSI departments. 

Hybrid in Warsaw

Your responsibilities will include:

production of specialized graphic materialsensuring brand consistency throughout projectsmaintaining and updating company documents and templatesmaintaining graphic and photographic librariesproviding design guidance for PSI departmentsproviding miscellaneous design support for clinical trial materialsediting and proofreading graphic materialsdevelopment of training materials and instructionsconducting general and document-specific design trainingcombining administrative and creative tasks

QualificationsCollege or University degreeCertificate of Graphic DesignerMinimum of one years of experience in a similar roleAt least one year of clinical research industry experience is preferableCommon European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) C1 level in EnglishProficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop, SharePoint, Power BI, image/video editors
