Hogarth is looking for a Designer for our pool of freelancer or future full time opportunities Required Skills & Experience

As a Designer, you'll be tasked with creating visually compelling creative executions across various media while also contributing to logo and brand identity development on a large client in the nicotine category. We seek an individual with a strong grasp of design principles, adept at meeting tight deadlines, and capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact designs that align with overall product and branding strategies. Collaborate effectively with the creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas and bring fresh perspectives to projects. Work on projects independently from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within deadlines. Present creative concepts confidently and effectively to internal stakeholders and clients. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, digital best practices, and industry innovations. Conduct thorough research on competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions and ensure relevance. Contribute to a positive and collaborative agency environment. Skills & Requirements: 1-3 yeas of relevant agency or in-house experience Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Ability to multitask efficiently, handling multiple creative projects concurrently. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and also familiar with Figma. Knowledge of design techniques for layouts, email templates, infographics, and print collateral. Familiarity with typography principles and website content management systems. Strong understanding of color theory and printing techniques for preparing production-ready files. Capability to manage workflow and deadlines across various projects. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them with existing systems.
