LLYC is on the lookout for a skilled Graphic Designer to transform concepts and ideas into captivating visual stories that work across both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of current design software and proficiency in all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to final delivery.
The Graphic Designer will turn written ideas into compelling designs that connect with target audiences. A deep understanding of branding and marketing principles is essential, enabling the candidate to create tailored designs with appropriate styles and layouts for every project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective design solutions that enhance brand presence across various channels and projects. This encompasses owned and earned channels, including email CRM, digital marketing, social media, and website assets.
+ Create visually engaging email newsletters, display banners, and static content for social media.
+ Expertise in animation using After Effects or Photoshop for social media applications is a valuable asset.
+ Ensure that all digital platform deliverables are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Assist in the preparation of pitches and the design of presentations.
+ Assume responsibility for projects from their initial concept through to the production phase.
+ Maintain high standards of quality assurance across all produced materials, ensuring consistency, cohesion, and alignment with brand standards.
Required Technical Skills:
+ Experience MAC: Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, and Management tools (Hootsuite, Adobe Social, Social Studio, etc.).
+ Knowledge of video, animated gifs, HTML5, digital photography, and image manipulation.
+ Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Bridge, Illustrator, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere.
+ Strong skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-centric environment
+ Process-oriented individual capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, International Relations, Literature, Languages, or a related field.
+ +7 years of related experience
