Collaborate with Website Operations on designs for A/B testing and improvements to increase website conversion rate

3. Creative Adaptation for Platforms

Design and adapt creative assets for different ad platforms, ensuring compliance with each platform's technical specifications (e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes, and character limits). Customize designs to cater to audience preferences across formats such as carousel ads, story ads, in-feed posts, and display banners.

4. Infographic and Blog Support

Design infographics and visual assets to complement blog content, elevating the storytelling experience. Collaborate with content writers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the narrative of mid-funnel experiences. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, D3.js) and the ability to translate complex data into actionable, user-friendly visuals is a plus but not required.

5. Creative Strategy & Ideation

Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts and campaign themes. Provide creative recommendations based on performance data and emerging trends in digital marketing. Act as a partner to strategists, proposing innovative solutions to drive engagement and lead generation. Act as advocate between brand management and marketing performance

6. Ad Platform Setup & Asset Management

7. Campaign Performance Collaboration

Work with analysts and strategists to understand how creative assets perform and make data-driven adjustments for optimization. Develop iterations of high-performing creatives to test and refine for maximum ROI.
