\n \n Job Description

The Desk Attendant provides superior customer service to residents, guests, and vendors; responds promptly to resident inquiries and concerns; and resolves issues in a timely, efficient manner. The attendant also communicates issues, concerns, and events to the Community Manager regarding the property's daily activities.

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nMaintain an active presence at the front desk. Provide superior customer service to residents, guests, vendors, contractors.\nRespond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns and handle/resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. \nLog all relevant information/events that happen during the shift.\nMonitor security cameras, watch for any rule violations, and file appropriate reports.\nAssess all situations accordingly and contact on-call maintenance when necessary.\nBe knowledgeable of Winslow House Rules and Regulations and take appropriate action if any deviations are observed. \nRead all logs/memos to stay informed of events at Winslow House. \nCommunicate any important issues to the Community Manager. \nHandle any special projects assigned to you by the Community Manager.\nFollow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.\n\n Requirements\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)\nProfessional customer service skills.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize duties, and work independently.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.\n\n

Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
