Principal responsibilities
The Team Head is responsible for leading and managing a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers within the Offshore China marketThe Relationship Management teams include a combination of Relationship Managers and Client Service ExecutivesThe Team Head interfaces with clients but does not have assigned clients under their direct management and is responsible for coordinating all Marketing and Product activity with their client baseTheir key role is managing the team to drive and achieve the asigned Key Performance Indicators covering both financial - Revenue, Credit Growth, Net New Assets,Annuity Assets Growth, New Client Acquisition-and non financial goals. The Team Head is directly responsible for implementation and delivery of the Supervisory Framework as described within the policyHe/she is responsible for directing the Relationship Manager teams as they cultivate and develop new/existing client relationships through collaboration activities, new to bank introductions as well as deepening share of wallet for existing clientsIdentify cross selling opportunities and increase number of successful outward referrals toother GPB booking centers and other Lines of Business of the GroupMaintain highest standard of excellence in client service across the team and with individual portfolioEnsure team is collaborating with other functions, products and services for the clientThe Team Head reports directly to the Market Head, Offshore China who in turn reports to the Head of the HK Booking CentreSome careers grow faster than others.
