Worley Canada Construction is seeking an IT Technical Analyst to join our team in Edmonton. This role is a full-time hybrid position, requiring attendance at our Edmonton office four times a week. The IT Technical Analyst will troubleshoot computer issues, provide end-user support, and maintain our asset database. Additionally, they will be responsible for hardware and software installation and configuration, as well as offering support for all company-supported applications

Work Conditions\:

Full-time hybrid position at the Edmonton office (40 hours/week). May be required to work extended hours based on business needs. Will be expected to operate a company vehicle and travel to construction sites or remote offices to support new project setup. Will be expected to travel to United States for support setup.

Responsibilities\:

Image and deploy desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals according to deployment documentation and checklists. Provide end-user support through email, phone, or in person. Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and O365. Troubleshoot networking issues and collaborate with networking personnel for issue resolution. Coordinate with management for field setup, deployment, and demobilization. Assist in inventory management, procurement, and shipment activities. Work with management and utilize asset management tools to analyze, review, and track asset data. Collaborate with management and 3rd party vendors to schedule lease returns. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed. Be available for on-call and other after-hours support needs. *

What You Will Bring\:

A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an IT service desk role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, and lift up to 20 lbs. Strong time management and organizational skills, with adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with tact and diplomacy. Effective written and verbal business communication skills. Post-secondary education in an IT field. Valid driver's license. Proven proficiency in using key office software and productivity tools such as MS Office 365, Teams, Bluebeam, etc. Critical thinking and problem resolution skills. Experience working within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment is preferred but not required.
