Desktop Administrator Position Summary:

Front-line resource responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the Windows Desktops, Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Network infrastructureExcellent opportunity for self-starter to learn and implement new technologiesOther duties as assigned

Environment:

Windows ServerWindows DesktopMicrosoft Office/Exchange 365

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Desktop Administrator Position should possess the following:    

Working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active DirectoryExcellent communication & customer service skillsAbility to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detailAbility to work with technical and non-technical staffDesire to learn and implement new technologies.24/7 availability requiredLimited travel

Must Have:          

High School Education, College a plusGood work ethics and ability to work independentlyStrong working knowledge with Windows Desktop, Active DirectoryExperience with Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting/Upgrading

Nice to Have:      

VMware experienceWindows ServerExchangeCisco IOS
