Our client requires two (2) Desktop Analysts to effectively perform day-to-day operations through receiving, responding to, resolving and escalating incidents and service requests by phone, email, online and in-person following ITSM processes. The analysts will work with other areas to coordinate all activities associated with the life cycle of software and hardware.

One position is onsite/hybrid, and one position is remote (require training onsite) at client location in Lacombe.

Mandatory Requirements Computer Systems related diploma 3 years related IT experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required
