Job Description
An employer is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to support the Financial Center Refresh 2nd level support space. This role will support technicians who service banking centers with product refreshes which can be servers, UPSs, PC hardware, Printers/Scanners and any technology found in a Bank Teller environment as well as users of this hardware and software. You will at as 2nd level support so the calls are initially answered by the RSD team and then will be sent to you when additional support and troubleshooting are needed. This role will sit onsite Monday- Friday and work 9-5 in College Park, GA. You will also need to be available up to 1 time per month or every 6 weeks for on call remote support in the evening. These refreshes happen at night so that is why on call work is needed and shared responsibility of the support team youre a part of. This role will pay between $28-35HR

Skills and Requirements
5 years overall IT support experience, providing level 2/3 technical support to users
Strong experience using excel and creating pivot tables to locate data points
Previous experience configuring SharePoint
Excellent Communication skills and customer service
Able to work OT and support users in evening remotely 1 x per month Any knowledge of coding (VB, HTML, XML, etc) is a major plus null
