Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Support in Orlando, FL.
Duties Include:
* Desktop Support will provide direct service for IT networks as well as customer service to users inside and outside the company
* Maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks
* Forward daily inspections to prevent or solve system malfunctions
* As a Desktop Support, you will stay updated on new developments in, and analyze reviews of, computing technologies
* Supervise the logging of network conditions and requirements
* Serve as the initial contact for reporting of technical issues and answering questions regarding software/hardware/network issues
* Provide "white glove" service working with executive level personnel
* Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Desktop Support will effectively escalate issues to the appropriate resources when necessary
* Clearly and thoroughly document requests for assistance in our ticket management system, and track incidents through to resolution/escalation
