Kforce has a client seeking a Desktop Support in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: * Assist with researching and designing desktop-related products, services, protocols, and standards * Provide input and recommendations for developing, implementing, and maintaining company policies, procedures, and training plans for desktop administration * Develop and maintain a library of technical documentation, policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles related to this position * Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other IT team members, company employees, and external vendors to ensure the systems always operate at normal capacity * Participate in moderate to complex IT-related projects with excellence in project delivery while adhering to standard project management methodologies * Perform additional work as required
