Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in a warehouse distribution center environment. The ideal candidate will specialize in RF Scanner Support, Zebra Printer troubleshooting, SCCM, Office 365 administration, and Active Directory. This role supports a fast-paced, high-volume setting, requiring a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues for warehouse staff. Open availability is essential, as this role may include overtime opportunities based on operational needs. Key Responsibilities: + RF Scanner Support: Provide setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for RF scanners (e.g., Honeywell or similar) to ensure optimal performance in a warehouse environment. + Zebra Printer Support: Handle Zebra printer configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance to support accurate and efficient label printing. + SCCM Management: Utilize SCCM to deploy software updates, manage device inventory, and ensure security compliance. + Office 365 Administration: Manage Office 365 accounts, troubleshoot application issues, and provide end-user support for productivity tools. + Active Directory Administration: Perform Active Directory tasks such as account creation, password resets, and permissions management. + Hardware and Software Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various devices, including desktop computers, mobile devices, and warehouse equipment. + Ticket Management: Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve user issues within SLAs. + Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to streamline future support efforts. Requirements Experience: 4+ years in desktop support, in warehouse or distribution center environments is ideal. Technical Skills: + Proficiency with RF scanners and mobile device management tools. + Strong troubleshooting skills for Zebra printers and similar warehouse technology. + Hands-on experience with SCCM, Office 365 administration, and Active Directory. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus. Availability: Flexible schedule with availability for overtime based on operational needs.
