Desktop Support
Description + Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. + Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for Windows and Mac systems. + Perform support for Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, OneDrive, Teams). + Administer and maintain systems through SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). + Provide support for RF scanners and mobile device management (MDM) in warehouse settings. + Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity. + Assist in user account management, password resets, and Active Directory administration. + Document support issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system. + Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT process improvements. + Support users in using remote access tools and VPN software. + Assist with software deployment, updates, and patch management. + Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses. + Support incident resolution and root cause analysis for recurring issues. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or IT help desk role. + Experience with RF scanners, SCCM, and supporting warehouse technology is a plus. Technical Skills: + Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac. + Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and support. + Understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and VPN. + Knowledge of SCCM for software deployment and systems management. + Familiarity with mobile device management tools. Soft Skills: + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. + Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
