Job Description Our Desktop Support Technician team members play a pivotal role in our success so if youre passionate about technology, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a dynamic environment. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for hardware and software support including technical troubleshooting, in-depth analysis, and problem solving all with the goal of resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a help desk, technical or desktop support environment.  In-depth knowledge troubleshooting computer systems, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, file sharing, Citrix and VDIs.  Ability to deal with conflict and urgent situations effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.  Experience with Active Directory, Jira (JSM), SCCM, Citrix Director, AirWatch, TeamViewer, iGel OS and Universal Management Suite (UMS) a plus.
