Our client is seeking to hire a Sr. Desktop Support Analyst to help support the firm's move to the VDI. This person will be responsible for helping walk users through post deployment support issues. They will also be responsible for assisting with other tickets that this team receives relating to more general IT support. This person must have some sort of experience working with Virtual Machines- Thin Clients,
The primary focus of these roles will be to provide technical support and issue resolution to the users. These users consist of executives and financial traders so there is a heightened expectation on the support being provided.
Job Duties:
-Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution for all escalated issues from the Enterprise IT Helpdesk
- Provide in-person desktop support for Windows 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook / Exchange, HP hardware, printers and peripherals, Microsoft Teams
- Perform both hardware and software installations, as well as, replacing leased PC hardware
- Provide support for various mobility devices including iPhones, iPads, etc.
- Demonstrate expertise in a Windows OS environment and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Possess basic knowledge of networking concepts

3. Demonstrated proficiency with both software and hardware troubleshooting (MS Office Suite and HP hardware preferred)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
