Desktop Support Administrator
Desktop Support Administrator Houston, Texas **Hybrid** Contract $28/hr - $32/hr A global tax services, software and technology firm is looking to hire a Desktop Support Administrator on a contract to hire basis. This role will be based out of their Houston, TX office on a hybrid basis, in office 2-3 days per week. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and managing distributed desktop and laptop systems and software, including, but not limited to, installation, configuration, preventive maintenance, operation, and problem-resolution activities. They are ideally looking for a Desktop support professional having experience with Level 2 support, handling IT tickets, and working with O365, Active Directory assistance with user accounts and password resets, SharePoint, Asset management and inventory of IT devices including shipping and receiving computers.
