Desktop Support Analyst
Description: This role will be onsite 5 days a week at Corporate HQ in Brentwood, TN Our client which is a major competitor in their industry is seeking a dedicated and proactive Desktop Support Technician with 2-5 years of experience in hardware break/fix, primarily with PCs and desktops. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on customer service and be able to provide white-glove service, as they will be onsite with executives across the company. Responsibilities: Hardware Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues for PCs and desktops. Experience with mobile phones and applications is a plus. Imaging Computers: Light experience with imaging computers is required. Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to all levels of the organization, with a heavy emphasis on supporting company executives. On-Site Support: Be available on-site 5 days a week to provide immediate assistance. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in hardware break/fix, primarily with PCs and desktops. Experience with mobile phones and applications is a plus. Light experience with imaging computers. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide white-glove service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Note: This role requires a heavy emphasis on customer service and the ability to work well with executives across the company. The ideal candidate should be proactive, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner. Skills: Desktop, Customer service, Active directory, Windows Top Skills Details: Desktop, Customer service, Active directory, Windows Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
